The workshop combines the knowledge of 3 practitioners from different fields:
Sylvie Rouen, Dr. in Microbiology and Aromatherapist will show you how Aromatherapy, Nutrition and Olfactotherapy can help to manage and release stress. (www.aromanomie.com)
Victoria Janisch, certfied Cantienica-Instructor, is passionate about how exercising according to the Cantienica Method can support efforts to strengthen the body to make it more resilient to stress. Active relaxation & Relaxed Activity. (www.bodypowerandposture.com)
Elisabeth Møllgaard, is specialised in Stress Management Coaching and Mindfulness helping to regain control of life when the business of it all has taken over too much. (www.EMCoaching.lu)
All 3 methods are based on the idea of simply learning to be present, awaken and raise your awarness and relax more in daily life, creating more space for enjoying it!
When: Saturday, 29 April 2017 / from 10 am – 4 pm
Tea, water, juice and fruits will be provided. You can bring a snack for the lunchbreak, buy something at the biomarket or eat at a restaurant, both 1 min. walking distance from the studio.
